REQUESTS:

ASL Bridge prefers at least five days advance notice, but we will do our best to meet any last-minute needs. Please have information such as date, time, length, location, and nature of the assignment ready when making your request. ASL Bridge endeavors to confirm assignments within 4 hours of your request. CANCELLATIONS:

When a request for services needs to be cancelled or shortened, please notify ASL Bridge of the change at least two working days prior to the assignment to avoid being billed the entire amount of the assignment. Conferences are subject to extended cancellation liability on a case-by-case basis.

RATES:

What you see is what you get. There are no hidden charges other than our hourly rate, which is $$ per hour, day, night, or weekend. This rate reflects the amount charged per interpreter assigned to a job. Some jobs may require more than one interpreter be assigned.

LATE FEE:

One and a half percent (1 1/2%) finance charge per month will be added to invoices 30 days and older.

FORMS OF PAYMENT:

ASL Bridge accepts checks and major credit cards. Credit card payments are assessed a 3.25% (of total bill amount) processing fee.
